DELIVERY
Delivery is free in France for all orders over €80.
Delivery time depending on destination: 3 to 7 working days, or express Colissimo: within 24/48 hours (Please note, for pre-orders, allow a longer period which will be specified depending on the products).

NB: If you live in the European Union, you do not have any customs fees to pay. However, outside the EU, customs fees are not included in your order total. They may apply depending on the country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
You have a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or refund (within a minimum of 7 days) without penalty, with the exception of return costs which are at your expense.
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
- PREPARATION OF YOUR PACKAGE: Make sure that the returned item(s) are in their original condition. Carefully place them in their packaging accompanied by the return slip to print and complete (reason for return and order number)

- RETENTION OF PROOF OF DEPOSIT: We recommend that you keep any proof of deposit in case of dispute or loss of your package by the carrier.
Upon receipt of your package, we will process your request.
Regarding a manufacturing defect issue, we will carefully examine the damage.
We will contact you in case of repair or exchange.
