æquidem was born from a simple conviction:
clothing can be much more than a matter of style. It can become a support, an ally, a source of well-being.
This realization came a few years ago, during a significant experience lived during an Executive MBA at the Institut Français de la Mode.
A teenager, facing illness, found in fashion a form of escape. But in the hospital, getting dressed became difficult again.
This contrast was a turning point.
In these moments when the body is put to the test, the connection to oneself, to one's image, and to others becomes fragile. And yet, few solutions exist.
From this intuition, æquidem was born.
The project gradually took shape, between field experience, phases of doubt, and initial validations. Recognition, followed by integration into support programs — such as WILLA or the Incubator Paris-Dauphine— enabled its structure and accelerated its development.
Today, æquidem is entering a new phase.
After several years of maturation, the project is about to be fully revealed, with the launch of a crowdfunding campaign.
A key step to grow a vision:
that of a more inclusive fashion, designed to accompany everyone, in all moments of life.
